Everyone from office personnel to Dr Shanks are wonderful to work with. Dr Shanks is very good at explaining as well as making sure all your questions are answered. He personally follows up with you after surgery to make sure you don't have any questions etc. Finally, he doesn't keep you waiting. He is on time or reasonably close to it. When you're nervous waiting for surgery it's nice to count on the fact Dr. Shanks won't keep you waiting. I had nothing but a positive experience with this office and Dr Shanks.

Having really bad dental anxiety, I was extremely nervous going in to have a tooth extraction. The staff at Shanks Oral Surgery were very friendly, informative, and welcoming. They calmed me down pretty fast, and Dr. Shanks was very gentle. Post surgery everything feels great, no pain so far. I’d recommended him for others if you have fear of dental work.
