Let me just say, I am so impressed and thankful for this office! Dr Shanks and his staff including Ms Kailee at the front desk is my hero! I was very emotional about the procedure but she calmed me down not once but twice since my first visit. I highly recommend Dr Shanks. They are over the top amazing and I will tell everyone I know to use them! Thank you again for taking good care of me.
