I had the best experience here!!!!! I came here as an out of state UT student with no family with and they really took great care of me. My second time seeing Dr. Shanks for a new issue. I was having a hard time getting help from my dentist to try to consult with Dr. Shanks and resolve a question before I could proceed with further dental work. When I spoke with the assistant to Dr. Shanks, she actually listened to my concerns and consulted with Dr. Shanks and worked me in today earlier than they first said they could see me. The staff and Dr, Shanks are so kind and caring and he was very reassuring about my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. shanks and his entire office staff. My second excellent experience with them. Another follow up visit and still sing praises for Dr. Shanks and his staff!
