The person at the front desk was very friendly and was glad to be serving you. Dr Shanks and his assistant were very friendly and explained everything they were going to do and asked if there were any questions. I had a very good experience and I will recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

I had the best experience here!!!!! I came here as an out of state UT student with no family with and they really took great care of me. Dr. Shanks is super patient and is amazing at answers all questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone! They do a great job and are so incredibly nice. Love love love!!!

My second time seeing Dr. Shanks for a new issue. I was having a hard time getting help from my dentist to try to consult with Dr. Shanks and resolve a question before I could proceed with further dental work. When I spoke with the assistant to Dr. Shanks, she actually listened to my concerns and consulted with Dr. Shanks and worked me in today earlier than they first said they could see me. The staff and Dr, Shanks are so kind and caring and he was very reassuring about my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. shanks and his entire office staff. My second excellent experience with them. Another follow up visit and still sing praises for Dr. Shanks and his staff!
