Everything about my procedure was great! He put 2 implants in my gum today and it went great. No pain at all and Dr Shanks was very caring and the whole staff was very nice. I would highly recommend Dr Shanks!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish during my wisdom teeth extraction procedure, and I would highly recommend Dr. Shanks and his whole team to anyone who is in need of such services. I visited the Maryville office for my initial consultation, and was treated with courtesy and everything went very smoothly. They calmed my anxieties that I had about being a bit older than most to have my wisdom teeth extracted (39). I had heard rumors that the older you are, the harder the experience can be. This proved to be false, in my case, and I couldn’t be happier. I had my actual procedure take place at the Cedar Bluff office, and the same can be said about all the staff I experienced there as well. From the very welcoming young lady at the front desk, to the nurse who took me back to surgery and got me prepped, and obviously with Dr. Shanks himself, I was blown away at their professionalism and the way they treated me. Dr. Shanks even took the time to contact me the night of my surgery to check on me personally and make sure I was doing ok, which is something I have never experienced before. Once again, I couldn’t speak more highly of Dr Shanks and his team, they provided me with the best possible experience I could hope for.
