As good of an experience as possible regarding wisdom teeth extraction. I'm not big on reviews but felt great work shouldn't go unnoticed. Getting your wisdom teeth extracted is obviously not an ideal experience but Dr. Shanks and his staff were very helpful in the pre-op appointment and he even called after my surgery to check in which I thought was above and beyond. As a man who appreciates efficiency, I'd also like to note that I was back in his chair no less than 3 minutes and (if I had to guess) was put under within 15 minutes of walking in for my appointment. Would highly recommend.

I went in for a consult on an abscess under a root canal (tooth removal.) I ended up late because of traffic and the front office was so nice about it, the assistant and dr were amazing and gave me all of the info I needed plus some insight on what I’m looking at for the future. I could not have asked for more! Especially since I have dental phobia, this office made me feel comfortable and like the right fit for me!

I am that single mom that lived for my children for years! They are now out on their own. I have neglected my mouth and took care of them. Therefore, when it was time I was not too happy about opening my mouth to a dentist or a surgeon. I was completely a nervous wreck. The doctor and staff has treated me with the most respect! Never made me feel guilty about not caring for my mouth. I have had to have major surgery and quite a few teeth removed. And what was amazing is that after my surgery I had no pain. The doctor even called me the night of my surgery to check on me to make sure I was good. The customer service in my opinion was over the top! I recommend the doctor and the staff because they have been totally amazing.
