They really seem to care and and one of the few companies that we have experienced lately that does everything they say they are going to do. They still know the meaning of the word Customer Service. I only wish they could do all dentistry, not just oral surgery. Perhaps they should set up a training program to share with other dentist offices and businesses? They are great

Had two teeth pulled and an implant put in today. I actually enjoyed it thanks to the anesthesia. No problems so far. Very friendly, smiling and knowledgeable staff.

They are AMAZING!!! My husband went in to get a few teeth pulled and he was terrified of the dentist. They were able to get him to relax and took wonderful care of him! The ladies in the office are wonderful & so sweet! We will be back to Shanks if we ever need anymore oral surgery done.

Very detailed about what they were doing the day of the procedure. Sent all paperwork electronically prior to surgery so the I didn’t have to fill it out the day of in the waiting room. Very quick and hassle free.
