I had a tooth implant which I so dreaded .Last one in Miami was so painful I swore never again ! However this one was absolutely no pain at all ! I didn’t even have a bruise where I had the iv in ! This has been the best experience I’ve ever had in my 69 yrs of Dental procedures over the years. I’m over the moon happy with his entire staff and Dr.. Shanks expertise! Ginger was so much help as far as explaining the process very , very good at her job. Great attitude and genuinely sweet. All the other staff as well. I Highly recommend this practice .Thank you ! The office staff there is ver friendly! Everyone does a wonderful job explaining procedures, what to expect, and recovery. I had my wisdom teeth out. I went with experell which is a longer term anesthetic. Dr. Shanks is very friendly and always made me feel I was in good care.
