I highly recommend Dr. Shanks oral surgeon. My daughter has autism and they have always been so patient and understanding. She has had two surgeries with them, wisdom teeth in October and a Frenectomy today. I was allowed to go back and sit with my daughter to keep her comfortable while they began the anesthesia process for both procedures. They have gone above and beyond with explaining what they are doing and asking her if she was okay throughout the process to make her comfortable. The entire office is fantastic from the minute you walk in the door from the secretary to the nurses and the oral surgeon. They were helpful and welcoming, They were so kind and genuine with every phone call to every appointment we’ve had with them. I could go on about the place. The only downfall is getting in and out of their Knoxville office can be a pain sometimes depending on the time of the appointment due to the location but their Maryville office is so easy to get in and out of. All in all this place is a 10 out of 10.
