Absolutely top notch. Not had to see an oral surgeon except one other time when I was younger. However, this entire experience far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional and comforting as possible. The Dr is extremely skilled and the result of his techniques are reduced pain during procedures. I could not ask for a better experience with having a couple teeth pulled, and an implant. They were ready to go right on time very thorough and explaining what they were doing and what they did afterwards. They went over all my instructions and questions and then at 7:30 that night Dr. Shanks called me to see how I was doing. I have pretty high standards coming from government contracting. I can honestly say Dr. Shanks and his team sit at the top 1% of what they do based on my experiences!
